Dispatcher
Summary: The Dispatch/Customer Service representative will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, ensuring timely responses to customer requests, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, and service management software.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls based on urgency and technician availability.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and customer interactions.
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, technician arrivals, and any changes to scheduled appointments.
- Monitor technician locations and workloads to optimize routes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and materials needed for service calls.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry and report generation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching and customer service
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- Previous industry knowledge and training
