Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Conduct site assessments and review project specifications to identify potential challenges and solutions
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
- Lead and manage project teams, including plumbers, apprentices and subcontractors
- Conduct regular meetings to review progress
- Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any client concerns or requests
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges in a timely manner
