Dispatcher

Summary: The Dispatch/Customer Service representative will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, ensuring timely responses to customer requests, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, and service management software.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls based on urgency and technician availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service updates, technician arrivals, and any changes to scheduled appointments.
  • Monitor technician locations and workloads to optimize routes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and materials needed for service calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry and report generation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching and customer service
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Previous industry knowledge and training
