Like other machinery, your home’s heating system needs periodic service to make sure it is running properly. By scheduling an annual tune-up, you can enter the winter season with a reliable heating system.

During a seasonal tune-up, our technicians will look at every moving part in your system. We will test every blower, pump, valve, and critical component of your boiler or heat pump. We will clean and adjust vents, heating elements, ignition system, and all electrical controls. If your heating comes through floor radiant or baseboard radiators, we will test your boiler for leaks and system pressure. If any component is showing signs of significant wear and tear, our technicians will recommend a repair or replacement before it gives out and you lose heat. We will even set up your thermostat and change your filter for you.
